In my quest to be able to provide the best services available to my customers and become more knowledgeable in my field , I have acquired the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation, the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification.

The SFR Designation gives me the latest framework in working with distressed sellers, helping them find appropriate resources such as tax and legal professionals as well as preparing the documentation to work with lenders. This National Association of REALTORS® Designation is the only one of its kind that focuses on both the buyer and seller sides of distressed property transactions.
